Photostory Friday: Craftsmanship

PhotoStory Friday

As promised, here's a picture of the beautiful new bookcase the bf built for me last weekend. I got my books up on it before I remembered to take a picture, but I decided you can see it better with the books and dvds on it. Right? I absolutely love this thing, the bf did SUCH a great job.

The picture would have been up sooner, but I've been in bed all week trying to rest away a virus. It finally worked and I'm back to work today. I have to say, the only good part about being home sick for three days is that I am finished with the Twilight Saga. I finished Breaking Dawn yesterday afternoon. I have to say I am thrilled with the ending, it was perfect. If you haven't read the books, I highly recommend them. They'll keep you reading late into the night, they're captivating, she did a great job with the writing. Very powerful and passionate, truly gripping.
I hope you have a wonderful three-day weekend!

Oh! I have to agree the bookcase is lovely. I have bookcases in almost every corner of each room. Except the Bathroom. Haha. It really is nice looking and so handy for storing things.

If you would like to see my snowy corner of the world go to: http://candyandannsfunroom.blogspot.com/ or on the profile page: Mercedez Fun Room.

You have a three day fun week-end also. And I'm glad you are feeling better.

Wow! The bookcase looks so good! And woo hoo for finishing the Twilight series! You are making me want to go home and re-read it this weekend. :)

Kelly-Thanks! You should totally re-read them. I wanted to go back and re-read Twilight partway through New Moon because I saw the movie then. (but I haven't cause I wanted to finish the saga first) Thanks for stopping by!

April-Thanks! I figured you'd love Twilight, seeing as how we're both predisposed to love vampire related things. Haha. Gotta admit though, the new vamp rules had me SO confused at the beginning of Twilight.

LesleMora-Thanks, didn't he? He's such a sweetie, and awfully handy too. He built a patio cover for my parents over the summer. (there are pictures a ways back, I think it's tagged "patio") Thanks for stopping by. :)

Hi Jaina,

Wow, the bookcase is a beauty! You have quite a crafstman there in your bf. Lucky you! And I love it with all your books and things on the shelves already.

I have several bookcases as well in different rooms. Here by my laptop, I have a bookcase filled with writing books.

Twilight sounds like a good read.

Have a great weekend.

Good Morning, Jaina,

I hope the week-end treated you well!
And you are well rested. ;)

Jaina, there is an award waiting for you at my blog: http://annsreadingcorner.blogspot.com

Cheryl-Thanks, he really did. And also thank you, I'm feeling way better, and the bf took very good care of me while I was sick. He even put up with me the evening that I completely lost my mind and went psycho. (don't worry, I'm all better now, just was REALLY out of sorts...I don't handle sick well, lol)

Gramma Ann-The weekend was nice, I'm enjoying the bonus Monday off :) I've been busily cleaning and organizing my apartment and just sat down for a break to chat with my cousin online. Thank you so much for the lovely award, I'm quite honored. :)
