Dictionary

Apathetic-
1. having or showing little or no emotion: apathetic behavior.
2. not interested or concerned; indifferent or unresponsive: an apathetic audience

That's kind of how I've been feeling about my blog lately. I don't know why, it's not like I don't have a million things to write and share. I haven't gotten around to reading many either, my reader count is inching steadily higher each day. Part of the reading or lack thereof has been because things have been rather busy. I wish my blog could just read my mind. My mind is really the place to be, it just apparently hasn't felt like sharing with my computer.

I finally finished re-reading the Twilight series. I adore those books, they completely suck me in. The only thing I don't like about books in general are the endings, especially the ending of a series or a single favorite. I always get sad that the story is over. I love to read though and have been making more of an effort to make the time to do so, there are over a dozen books sitting on my shelf waiting to be read and several dozen others waiting to be re-read.

Back when he bought his Xbox 360, the fiance bought me Beautiful Katamari to persuade me not to give him a hard time about the new system when he didn't often use his Wii. (don't worry, I still gave him a hard time) We've been playing a lot of Katamari lately, it's so much fun (though sometimes frustrating) Seriously, where did they come up with this thing? I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in the board room where they pitched this game. "Okay, so, there's this little round ball. You roll it around and pick things up. As you get bigger, you can pick up bigger things until you're picking up people, building, ships, mountains, continents, worlds and galaxies. All during which we're going to play this light, fluffy music and have a cyllinder shaped king talk at you." This is seriously my favorite game of all time. The fiance kind of laughed at it at first when I told him about it and that I wished they had it for the Wii. It wasn't until he started to play it that he truly appreciated it. Seriously, if you have a game system that isn't the Wii, you should totally try Beautiful Katamari. It's freaking awesome

Oh, lawd. Wait until you discover the world of Twi-fan fiction. They are sorted by All Human or Vamp. And a rating system so you wont get stuck reading something you don't want to. Some of the FanFic stories just rock....even my daughter reads.

And if it makes you feel better, I read the series at least 30 times before I finally put it down. I'm so not joking. :)

Bee-I love fan fiction, I just haven't read any for Twilight. It's definitely an interesting idea...though it usually sucks me in way too far. Lol. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who loves to read it. Surprisingly, I've only read it twice...but that's more of a time issue than anything.

Guess I've been apathetic to blogging as well, but am very active on Facebook.

Enjoyed your blog post. I imagine you're pretty busy these days, planning a wedding and all. Your game sounds like fun.

Hugs,

Renie

I go through spells when I'm not at all interested in blogging either. When that happens, I take a break from blogging and recharge my creative batteries.

Renie-Maybe it's the change of weather, who knows. I'm getting back to it, slowly but surely.

Jen-At least I'm not the only one. Sounds like I've been doing that somewhat unofficially. :)
