Happy Sunshiny Friday!

It truly is. I could tell last night that today was going to be beautiful. It didn't get too cold last night, I slept with most of my windows open, it was so pleasant this morning. I love clouds and storms, but I adore the sunshine too, it just makes me happy. In just under 3 hours the bf and I will be leaving work to head up to my parents', I'm so excited! It's going to be a wonderful and warm weekend. My family gets to spend more time with my bf, get to know him a little better, and I get to spend time with some of my favorite people! :)
I've found myself having to go back into my older photos to come up with good pictures for my posts. Clearly I need to work on taking more pictures...daily even. Don't worry, there will be plenty of pictures taken over the weekend. And I needn't worry about maxing out my memory card, because I now have a 2 gig one. The bf ran errands while his mom and I were at the luncheon last weekend, and he picked it up for me as a surprise. Did I mention he's wonderful? Seriously, I think I'll keep this one around. (he's all for it, as he doesn't ever want to let me go either) I can't stop grinning. :) I'm planning to do a mini shoot with my brothers this weekend, get some cute shots of them to get printed for my parents and grandparents as surprises. And to just have some more recent shots of the boys, they are so photogenic, I love taking pictures of them. And now I have a shiny new really big memory card to handle my photo craziness!
Today is just so beautiful, and we're listening to a Michael Buble station on Pandora right now, so we're getting all sorts of Buble and Sinatra and similar styles, perfect Friday music! I'm just happy and excited. I'm all bubbly and hyper and happy. Especially considering how little sleep I got. I tried to go to bed before 10! I really tried! My mistake was reading a chapter of the last Harry Potter and then putting it down to fall asleep. (yes, I'm just now FINALLY reading it) I lay there and couldn't fall asleep, and figured if I was going to be awake I might as well be doing something productive. So I finished the book, and fell asleep around 12:30. Not too bad, but definitely used to a few more hours. But I got Jamba with green caffeine this morning on the way in, so I'm doing well. The bf had to be here really early (we're talking like, 5:30am), so I surprised him with Jamba for breakfast, since I knew he wouldn't have eaten anything yet. Speaking of, he just walked in, so I'd best wrap this up. I hope you all have a wonderful Friday and a beautiful weekend!

I am so surprised, I love Michael Buble' music also. I guess a lot of young people like you are finding the older classic music is fun to listen to. I thought I liked his music because I am a bit older then most;) But, I have a young friend, she is 16, so yes she is young, who also likes Michael's music. I am always surprised, because I thought you all would be more into the music I can't stand;))).

Enough of my rambling now!!

Have a "Serendipity" week-end with the family and bf.

I just like the word 'serendipity' and I also liked the movie;) In other words 'have fun!'

Thanks! Serendipity is a wonderful word, and a fabulous movie, one of my favorites. :)
I love Buble and I love Frank Sinatra. I've always loved a lot of the "older" classics. I have a very eclectic music collection, I listen to just about anything except really heavy country, rap and heavy metal. I don't go by genre, I go by whether it sounds good and I like it. I love jazz and big band (got that from my Grandpa) The majority of the cds I own are soundtracks (mainly orchestral). I love film scores. And Sinatra, I absolutely love Sinatra. :) I'm betting there's a lot of music that we mutually can't stand. ;) Thanks for the warm wishes, I hope you have a great weekend! I'm sure to post again Sunday or early next week about the weekend's events. :)

I can't tell you how many times a great book has robbed me of sleep. It's so worth it tho, isn't it?

Goodness girl...you are IN LOVE..it shines right through in all your writing.

Thanks Kellan! Just got back, I'm sure to get a post up tomorrow sometime. Didn't take nearly as many pictures as planned...it was far too hot. Haha

Thanks Haylie! Me too, I'm SO glad I finally read the last book. My friend wrote his thesis paper on it, and I edited it, so I knew what happened, but I'm glad to have read it. I STILL need to see the last movie they came out with. Clearly I'm behind here...

ConverseMama-you are so right, absolutely worth it. And I wasn't even as tired as I expected to be. I love reading, I don't spend nearly enough time doing it.

Mary Alice-You think so?? :) I think you may be right. It's getting harder not to say it. I just want to make sure it's right, you know? But I think it is. Does my writing really give it away? (you have me blushing and giggly) ...the bf is on the other side of the room, watching Friends. We're killing time before we have to be at mass rehearsal. Haha, really? :)

Glad you made it back safe and sound. You were so excited and happy about the weekend, I hope it was everything you hoped it would be. Your bf sounds like a keeper, a real sweetheart. Can't wait to hear about the weekend and see what pictures you did take.
I live the shot from Disney. Brings back memories from Disney, with the girls.
Get some sleep tonight.
XOXO

Thanks Eileen :) I think he's a keeper too. I have to transfer the pictures to my computer when I get home, I don't think there are any non-people shots. Not sure though. And thanks, I love that picture too. I love Disneyland...the bf and I are getting passes next Monday, I'm so excited. I haven't been since last July, and I really miss my pass.

Cool shot of the elephant. Love Jamba Juice, can't wait for warmer weather so I can partake. Hope your weekend was super!

Thanks! Jamba is wonderful, I'm a little bit addicted. But of all the things I could get addicted to, that's one of the better ones, right?
