The overcast June gloom is setting in early, bringing with it an unusual bout of chilliness.
It's beautiful though, the beautifully annoying parrots are returning.
Our garden is blossoming, a bright splash of green across the back bank.
Summer is in the air.
I'm looking forward to long, sunshiny days and cool, refreshing nights.
Swimsuits and sunscreen, watermelon and lemonade.
Catch up on reading, writing and pictures.
Try out new baking recipes, finish my cake classes.
Wedding plans, projects and fun.

Mandy-Me too, though it's not the same since I don't get 3 months of just playing around and relaxing. This whole real world thing puts a damper on summer vacation. But I still love summer. :)
